25NL ZOOM AKs 3Bet pot OOP, tough turn decision

BN: $22.32
SB: $42.06
BB: $25 (Hero)
UTG: $29.03
HJ: $25.07
CO: $38.81
I don't usually play ZOOM, so there is no stat / read on this guy, or even the whole table.
Preflop ($0.35) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt A K
UTG folds, HJ folds, CO raises to $0.75, BN folds, SB folds, Hero raises to $2.50, CO calls $1.75
Without any reads, this is standard 3 bet, right?
Flop ($5.35) J 7 A (2 Players)
Hero bets $3, CO calls $3
Standard C bet as well, right?
Turn ($11.35) J 7 A 2 (2 Players)
Hero bets $6, CO raises to $13
When he raises here, I guess he can have, quite a few sets (77, JJ, unlikely AA or 22), and A few 2 pairs (Axs), at the same time he can have AK, AQ, or some combo draw that decide to semi-bluff me.

What do you guys think is the best +EV play here? fold? jam?
Is call and decide even possible? its like really pot stuck if call.

ugly spot that i would usually hate life and fold vs an unknown....we dont barrel relentlessly in this spot most of the time and this small turnraise makes all my alarmbells ring

Basically the only hands that you should be to worried about are AJs and JJ.  I don't think he calls a 3bet with 77 but I may be wrong.  I do think that we could possibly flat this pre since it kind of looks super strong to be closing the action there and 3 betting.  I'm not sure though.  We do have the added value of being suited so I don't think it's all that bad just to flat pre and go from there.

Another thing I noticed was on the flop I think a $3.75 or $4 cbet is better simply by it sets up stacks if the hand works out. Then I also think if your betting the turn(which I'm still not so sure we can't cbet flop $4 and check turn and call almost any river.  My line could be super silly but it controls the pot more I feel and we get him to bluff his missed hands on the river and there is always the potential we are behind and this will save us money.

I think on that turn when the villain raises we can find a rough fold just because I don't think he's raising AQ or any hands you beat besides maybe KQs or a weaker ace which is really only AQS if he even calls that pre.  It feels like JJ or AJs but Im just going on my gut. It feels like with the raise he is trying to induce an AI from you with just the hand you have.  Hope this helps.

i had a spot exactly like this with AA vs an unknown a few minutes ago. gto would say most likely call bc we are at the top of our ranges but i like to look at the beluga theorem in these spots without reads. one pair hands are usually crushed in these spots unless you know villian is capable of jamming his combo draws in your face on turn, than what are you really ahead of that he is value jamming? i hate these spots so much.
