I elected to open mainly due to a weaker player on the BTN and in the SB. Feel like this hand plays well post flop.
Villain is a very strong reg, Have roughly 400+ hands with them or so. Super Nova player, Stats are 29/21/7.

I elected to X/C this flop, Hoping for a Free turn card and I also think that Villain is going to CB their entire range in this spot.

This is where things get interesting.
I have a few notes on this player which apply to this situation fairly well. One where they Over bet Turn IP with pair+Draw(X2) and FD(X1). Jammed turn CB on Draw heavy board with complete air - King high (X1) - the brackets are the amount of times ive seen it happen.
Also bet Pot with Gut-shot on the flop.(X1)
Villain's over bet on the turn made me feel like he had at least Pair+Draw on this board given his range.
To flat call im getting 1.5 on my money which i need roughly 40%. Even with some random bluffs im still roughly 38%.
That being said, i felt like my hand is to good to fold and that Calling Turn bet would put me in a very sticky situation on the river on alot of run-outs.
Here i elected to Raise, a little on the larger side and started yelling FOLD!!! at the screen haha. Once Villain Shoves the rest i half to call at this point given the pot odds.
Im unsure if i played this hand badly

Thoughts?
Was my line and thoughts some what legit and correct?
Should i fold to the turn over bet? was the Re-raise bad?
The only Set that makes sense to me in this spot for them to have is 66 Mainly due to the face that i block 99 and TT, and i feel like villain would 3B pre-flop JJ
