I felt like this hand is too strong to fold, and he made it so small that backshoving didn't seem that attractive , especially given he's pretty passive postflop.

I didn't see much of a point in betting here - this kind of player might XB any Jx/Qx/KK+(not getting 3 streets)/AK, and all of those are calling a bet, so I'm gonna end up stabbing turn and XF riv, which didn't seem that attractive given I still have some SDv. So I'd much rather let him stab w/ AK or some A5s/97s type of stuff instead (especially given that I look pretty weak once I double X this board)

I thought about XRAI this hand for a while - I expect Q9/J9 to XB turn as well + KT probably bets the flop, but he's so damn passive that I've decided to just muck it.
How would you feel about XRAI vs a more aggressive player?
Thanks.
