Villain is a 22/16 reg. He has a 17% 3B from CO against an MP open and a 12% CC.

I think flop is standard, but I'm confused about the turn. I don't think he ever floats flop with 2 people behind him so he can't have a draw. I'd say his range is {22, 66, QTs, QJs, KQ, AQ}, with AQ discounted because of his high 3B %. Against this range I think it might well be a mistake to bet the turn, as he might well fold non-spade Queens with a lower kicker. Is a turn check/call better?

As played, do you bet the river to bluff him off a split or the occasional AQ, or perhaps get a crying call from a worse Queen if he happens to be the suspicious type? If you check, I assume we check/fold as he won't bet worse for value and doesn't have any bluffs.

I included the results because I was really surprised by his river check. Shouldn't he bet there, since I'd be betting KK+ myself?
