25NL - straight facing river overbet on evil river card

BB: MonyRP: $23.20
SB: Mushmellow: $75.71
71% open from the button and from the big blind he is folding 64%, calling 26% and 3betting 9%. Haven't see too many flops with him yet so I'm pretty much readless here.
Preflop ($0.35) (2 Players)
Mushmellow was dealt 5 6
Mushmellow raises to $0.65, MonyRP calls $0.50
Standard 3x open.
Flop ($1.50) 3 5 3 (2 Players)
MonyRP checks, Mushmellow bets $0.95, MonyRP calls $0.95
Value bet.
Turn ($3.40) 3 5 3 4 (2 Players)
MonyRP checks, Mushmellow bets $2.15, MonyRP raises to $5.50, Mushmellow calls $3.35
I decide there is value on the turn but when I get raised I sort of feel shitty. I guess he can have some 3x, A2, 6x, 67, slow played 55/33/53 boat combos. Maybe some 54 but he might just flat because of the paired board, and combo draws like flush draws with OESDs.

Do I ever find a fold on the turn? I guess we need more reads on his check raising tendencies and how passive he is, but vs. unknown I think it's correct to call here, but were not loving it by any means...
River ($14.40) 3 5 3 4 7 (2 Players)
MonyRP raises to $16, and is all in
He tanks and then jams the rest in. I lose to a lot I think and I don't think calling for chops here is good. I lose to flushes, boats, 68, and not to mention his straight flush combo :P

Do you guys fold in this spot too?

Thanks!
