Flop ($3.35) 9 T J

Turn ($11.03) 9 T J 2
UTG checks, CO checks, Hero bets $6.00, UTG calls $6.00, CO raises to $12.00, Hero

No history with either player.

Think my implied odds are very bad on this flop call as both villains have higher spades in their range.
however I am getting a great price and I don't like raising vs 2 strong ranges.

Now on turn facing a call and a min raise I am completely lost.
Villain is representing a lot of strength and certainly has many strong nut flush combos in his range.
With his spr of 1 on the turn I would expect him to either call or jam with his offsuit Asx flushdraws because of pot odds and to maximize fold equity. Therefore I feel he always has me drawing dead here.

I'm getting nearly 6:1 on the turn and it feels crazy to consider folding a flush here but if i call the turn I am committing my stack on river.

Am I ever ahead here?
