25NL - rivered nutflush and frisky opponent

BB: hesawizard: $29.45
SB: Mushmellow: $36.11
Readless but clearly a wizard.
Preflop ($0.35) (2 Players)
Mushmellow was dealt A 3
Mushmellow raises to $0.65, hesawizard calls $0.50
Standard open to 3x. in position.
Flop ($1.50) Q 3 8 (2 Players)
hesawizard checks, Mushmellow bets $0.95, hesawizard calls $0.95
Get a good flop and I cbet for value. I can see worse 1 spade hands calling me and maybe some floats?
Turn ($3.40) Q 3 8 2 (2 Players)
hesawizard checks, Mushmellow checks
I'm not sure if anything worse is going to call me on the turn and I have showdown vs his random floats with my 3. Not sure if betting will make any better hands fold either.
River ($3.40) Q 3 8 2 7 (2 Players)
hesawizard checks, Mushmellow bets $2.25, hesawizard raises to $4.50, Mushmellow raises to $4.50, hesawizard raises to $4.50, Mushmellow raises to $4.50, hesawizard calls $2.25
River action is sort of confusing with the WPN text hand history but what happens is I fire 2/3 pot river bet.
-villain clicks it back (I am assuming this is for value or as a wierd bluff)
-I click it back at villain (I feel like he might just call with a K and want to induce some sort of weird spazz from him with his air)
-he clicks it back at me (would he really do this with a K high flush, seems like this polarizes his range to some sort of airball right?)
-i click it back at him (since i know that he has air i want to further induce him to click back at me/get him to make a curious call with his air just so he can see what I have)

My logic is incorrect if villain is likely to have a K spades. Then I might have lost value as he would have called a larger bet?

What do you guys think? Thought I would share this one as it is interesting and not a very standard spot you get people minclicking it back at you when you know that they do not have the nuts.
Final Pot
