utg limps, mp limps, I raise to $1.50 otb w/QQ, sb raises to $5 and it folds to me.

What's the plan here? My opinion here is that he has a value hand given 1) it's $25nl, 2) people don't seem to raise 6bb raises light and 3) he raised instantly.
