25nl QQ on scary board facing river shove

BN: 26.79
SB: 34.80 (Hero)
BB: 25
UTG: 34.14
HJ: 20.72
CO: 25.57
this hand was played by a friend of mine so i ll tell u what he said: villain was 28/19 0% 3bet over only 32 hands though...so no specific reads
Preflop (0.35) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt Q Q
UTG folds, HJ folds, CO raises to 0.70, BN folds, Hero raises to 2.25, BB folds, CO calls 1.55
standard i guess
Flop (4.85) 6 9 T (2 Players)
Hero bets 2.50, CO calls 2.50
Turn (9.85) 6 9 T T (2 Players)
Hero bets 5.25, CO calls 5.25
doublebarrel or take another line?and about sizing?
River (20.35) 6 9 T T J (2 Players)
Hero checks, CO bets 15.57, and is all in, Hero folds
we have <1 potsized bet left on the river....should we just check fold? if we bet are we ever getting value by worse hands? can we call this?
what do u think would be the best line vs a relatively unknown 25nl player?
Final Pot
CO wins 19.34
