Only 20 hands vs this villain 32/26 0% 3bet so he may be fishy or have had a rush of cards - not shown down any cards. Its hard therefore to comment on post flop play

Bingo, great flop for me. I get a ton of value from any Qx hands so lead out as PFR.
Villain 3 bets, I think he can do this with Qx or occasionally other hands which assume I've whiffed here. I elect to call to keep villain believing he's ahead, there aren't to many cards I'm afraid of.....
