25NL - floating in 3 bet pots, when to lead turn?

BB: trugrindr: $30.23
SB: Mushmellow: $37.74
Preflop ($0.35) (2 Players)
Mushmellow was dealt K T
Mushmellow raises to $0.65, trugrindr raises to $2, Mushmellow calls $1.50
Villain is 3 betting 30%. He has been making the larger 3 bets though I think with the stronger portion of his 3 bet range as I saw him making smaller 3 bets with hands like J3o.
Flop ($4.50) 6 Q 5 (2 Players)
trugrindr bets $2.14, Mushmellow calls $2.14
I decide to float him here with my flush draw. Maybe I should have raised as a semi-bluff? If I do choose the line of getting raised as a semi-bluff, do I call it off if he jams over my flop check raise?
Turn ($8.78) 6 Q 5 2 (2 Players)
trugrindr checks, Mushmellow checks
When he checks to me on the turn, should I try to steal the pot here? How much should I bet? Part of me thought I had show down value with my K high and I could potentially check it down on the river if I missed my draw, but how much showdown equity do I really have against villain here in this spot when he checks the turn?

If called, and I miss my draw on the river, what types of cards should I bluff on the river?
River ($8.78) 6 Q 5 2 2 (2 Players)
trugrindr bets $4.17, Mushmellow raises to $12, trugrindr folds
He leads river and ends up folding to my raise. This makes me think he was trying to steal the pot himself on the river or maybe was valuebetting thinly some sort of pocket pair JJ and below? Or maybe a hand like Q10, QJ, KQ, or AQ?
