Hey guys!
What do you think here?
I cant see what I beat if I call river, but could it have been played it different?
I put him on some kind of pocketpair 88+ or maybe a weak Q?

You should usually check flop or turn as its difficult to get more than like 1,5 street of value from your hand. It seems like you builded a too big of a pot by betting twice with your sizings.
As played ch/f river, he has solid amount of Qx.
I like to bet flop and then going into ch/c mode, usually calling one bet with your hand.
I agree with Scream.
You only have 1-2 streets of value, so I guess vs loose passive opponents this line could be best, as you will get value from A high, weaker pairs and random draws. But as a default I'm usually betting flop, check calling turn with the intention of check folding the river. Checking flop is obv fine as well.
I agree sizing is too big on both streets. I'd say 1/2 pot on flop max bc the board is so dry and I also like the bet flop, ck call one street line Scream mentioned. Basically we have a bluff catcher after the turn so I'd want to keep the pot small to pick off river bluffs.
Check flop or turn. No real value here and bet/bet x/fold on blanks is one way to drain money.
We can cbet the flop a decent amount but that means we need to check more turns.
Most players probably under defend 7x bvb at your stakes and your Ace blocks a few Ahighs that call turn (although those are mostly big AT/AJ and NFD and you dont have the Ah).
As played, check-fold river. Not that much air in his range and make sure to check some Qx sometimes.
