25NL - facing overbet turn shove

SB: AllinNoRubbers: $8.90
BB: Mushmellow: $55.43
Looks like I played this guy only a couple hands before. The only read I have on him is:

"open shove 50bb"

I'm assuming he was one of those players that sits down, does some weird stuff for a few hands and then leaves.
Preflop ($0.35) (2 Players)
Mushmellow was dealt 9 T
AllinNoRubbers raises to $0.65, Mushmellow calls $0.50
I defend most suited connectors OOP.
Flop ($1.50) J J 9 (2 Players)
Mushmellow checks, AllinNoRubbers bets $1, Mushmellow calls $1
Standard check call.
Turn ($3.50) J J 9 4 (2 Players)
Mushmellow checks
He goes all in for $7.15 more.

Call or fold? We need 40% equity on a call. Based on the previous read that he randomly open shoved 50bb preflop how should this influence our decision. He could have some OESD + FDs that he does this with. How should I interpret this overbet vs basically an unknown?

Thanks!
