25NL Did I overplay my hand??

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (6 Players) BN: $28.54
SB: $69.52
BB: $27.20 (Hero)
UTG: $41.73
MP: $43.46
CO: $25.25
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is BB with K Q
UTG raises to $0.75, 4 folds, Hero calls $0.50
Flop ($1.60) T J 9
Hero checks, UTG bets $1.25, Hero raises to $3.75, UTG calls $2.50
Turn ($9.10) T J 9 8
Hero bets $6.00, UTG calls $6.00
River ($21.10) T J 9 8 J
Hero bets $15.11, UTG calls $15.11

Villain is unknown.

On river I was really torn between betting or c/calling.
Villain has a lot on boats and flushes in his range but I am getting stacked by those anyway on this river. ( amn't I ?)
At least by jamming I get value from Jx and Qx which might c/back.

Would love to hear thoughts regarding river line!! :) thanks in advance
