25NL - bottom 2 pair facing river donk all-in (minus 3 cents)

BB: chris440: $11.28
SB: Mushmellow: $105.44
Same player as before but this is after I chopped him down a little more.
Preflop ($0.35) (2 Players)
Mushmellow was dealt 6 8
Mushmellow raises to $0.65, chris440 calls $0.50
I open a lot of buttons because I like playing in position. He has been defending 33% from the BB, folding 43% and 3 betting 24%.
Flop ($1.50) 8 6 K (2 Players)
chris440 checks, Mushmellow bets $1, chris440 calls $1
Value bet. This is my standard continuation bet size I do with my whole range $1 into $1.43 pot (rake adjusted).
Villain flop stats OOP:
check fold: 32%
check call 50%
check raise 15%
Turn ($3.50) 8 6 K Q (2 Players)
chris440 checks, Mushmellow bets $2.50, chris440 calls $2.50
I bet again or value. Villain calls. Not sure what to make of this call but he must have some sort of hand. Maybe a K or a Q or straight draws?
Villain turn stats OOP:
check fold: 56%
check call 22%
check raise 14%
River ($8.50) 8 6 K Q J (2 Players)
chris440 bets $7
Villain jams river sort of (he leaves 3 cents behind). What should I make of this? I know that when fish lead jam the river it's usually a strong move but I've caught villain making big bluffs before but not in this manner. They where when he had the initiative.

Is it ever good to call in this spot. Basically his whole value range completely crushes me so I think all I really have is a bluff catcher. Is there enough bluffs in villains range that check calls both the flop and turn to make me good on a call (I'm getting 31% pot odds)?

My hunch is that I don't think he has enough missed hands to make a call good. He might have some 79, 57, missed back door flush draws? Can anyone help me enumerate his range OTR?
