Pre-flop bet sizing is a bit messed up due to HH converter not recognizing FTP Rush but it was a $0.75 open.

I mix it up between betting and CR'ing this flop against regs so they don't take advantage of me just c/f'ing this flop all the time. BB is an aggressive reg so I take the CR route.

Not sure why I decided to go for a double CR to be honest. I think I need to use turn A/Q's as scare cards for my hands that AREN'T as strong as AQcc here from a GTO perspective. Unless I am also double CR'ing here with other value hands and bluffs. I can see myself doing it with AJcc/AKcc/KJcc though. Does that make it a good play?

Basically I'm wondering what some good spots/conditions are for double CR'ing. Obviously in this situation I probably ended up extracting maximum value out of villain. But it would be so sick to be able to use this line more often imo.
