So argument one - he's 1-tabler under 100bb, we want to put as much money as possible as fast as possible vs. him with hand like AKs.
Argument two - his stats are not that agressive, even if he's obviously bad, and he's also using very small sizing to raise preflop which may indicate strenght.

Im sure that both call preflop and stack off preflop are surely EV+, but i just have thoughts, that it maybe is less variancable (that word even exist?) and perhaps with higher EV if we're gonna call him pre to see the flop.
