Ok, the question is; do we want to bet the river in this spot? And if we do, what sizing do you guys prefer?
The pot is $23.25 on the river, sb has $17.25 left and the bb $19.64
My feel is that it is kinda thinish with these stacksizes in a 3way pot.

This is a very clear check. You want better hands to fold and worse hands to call.
Very unlikely one of them will pay off with 7x or Jx (SB is even less likely to call because he BB is last to act if you were to bet).
And neither one of them is folding a 6. Only the SB might fold 2 pair or a set.
Your hand is strong enough to not turn into a bluff.
In a HU pot vs SB, I would bet here (assuming it went c/c twice).
Let's say it's 1.75 on the flop.
You bet 1.25 on the turn (4.25)
I'd bomb the river here for 3.5 or perhaps a little more, since he rarely has 6x or sets (because of the c/c and it's unlikely he defends a hand that has two pair on that board) and he might think you're fairly polarized on a low board like that).
