25NL AA on monoboard

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (6 Players) BN: $56.95
SB: $9.23
BB: $20.21
UTG: $28.42 (Hero)
MP: $27.40
CO: $25.17
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is UTG with A A
Hero raises to $0.85, MP raises to $2.90, 4 folds, Hero raises to $7.00, MP calls $4.10
Flop ($14.35) 4 6 7
Hero checks, MP bets $7.50, Hero raises to $21.42 and is all in, MP calls $12.90 and is all in

MP is regular-ish player, very small sample, but he played 3 or 4 zoom tables.

So whats his flop range?
QQ-99, JcTc, Th9h, Ts9s, 9d8d, 9h8h, AdKh, AdKs, AdKc, AhKd, AhKs, AhKc, AdQh, AdQs, AdQc, AhQd, AhQs, AhQc

I didnt really thought about it during hand, but we are in fuckin good shape vs. his calling range from preflop. Just because he's calling most of his suited hands preflop and shouldnt really be 3b/calling with them.

I gave him some combos of JTs/T9s/98s that i think he's gonna 3b/call with. Not all combos tho, i randomly reduced it.

But now question is - do we want to cbet vs. this range by ourselfs or we want to check it? And when its check is it check/shove on flop?

I think cbetting is better just because he's gonna have a lot of high-mid pockets that he's gonna often check with.
Besides heart draw board is pretty blank so i worry only about heart on turn.
