Seriously, wtf? I don't get why he would lead this flop, but I still felt like I need to be peeling at least once given how many draws he can play this way.
I need ~25% equity.

I guess I could fold here, but I've noticed that those fishy guys like to go for DB-DB-X with their draws as well, so I still felt like I'm good here enough of the time.

I feel like I should be turning my hand into a bluff here - AT/QT/T9 pick up SDv, he might play JXss this way, AQ hit/KT/JT/Q9, and I can't really see many hands that I beat (only some FD combos, but there aren't that many of those).

Just fold flop. You are either drawing to 2 outs, and even QToff has 46% EQ.
You say he's a tight fish and still call 2 barrels on a board with 2 overs while blocking some draws :)
You have a gazillion better hands to defend this flop with.
Yeah, that's one of my leaks - I tend to be cally as hell vs weird lines.
Check his stats on how often he donk-bets when he calls an open-raise. Usually, at low limits, bad players tend to donk top pair or better. It's not very likely that he has ATo/s, QTo/s here or T9o/s.. He rather has a weak king or a jack. Just fold the flop. Also think what he will do on the turn, I don't know his stats but since he donks the flop he will probably continue on the turn.. By the way: It would be interesting if you turn the hand on the flop into a bluff but 99 is probably a very bad hand in this spot to do it..
Just fold flop imo, you are often behind or against a hand with good equity (and you block some of his bluffing hand). Even on a brick you are not happy calling a second barrel.
