He was 1-tabler, unk, miniraised preflop - so its propably not a reg.
I think its optional to raise this dry flop vs. this sizing. Propably should do vs. fish, but its still hard to get anything there.
Turn: T is propably not bad card for his range, but its not terrible.
Like, if he's miniraising preflop i think that random 1-tabler is doing it mostly with very strong range such AK/JJ+ instead of 89, so im not really worried about str8. Im stacking there off propably vs. TT/JJ/JTs/overpairs+some hands in diamonds such AdKd etc. so it should be fine.
