25nl 6max: JJ IP 3bet pot postflop

BB: $28.40
HJ: $31.23
CO: $25.35 (Hero)
BN: $51
SB: $20.94
He had 25% 3bet% after 6 hands... Wasn't sure if I should make my decision with that in mind but JJ is so borderline hand, perhaps leaning towards a fold preflop but it's close I think.
Preflop ($0.35) (5 Players)
Hero was dealt J J
HJ folds, Hero raises to $0.63, BN folds, SB folds, BB raises to $2.25, Hero calls $1.62
Flop ($4.85) 6 Q 5 (2 Players)
BB bets $3.50, Hero calls $3.50
Turn ($11.85) 6 Q 5 3 (2 Players)
BB bets $6, Hero calls $6
River ($23.85) 6 Q 5 3 8 (2 Players)
BB bets $16.65, and is all in, Hero calls $13.60, and is all in
Here I believe I made a huge fail, I suppose I'm still not playing 6 tables optimally and didn't notice that there are 4 clubs now on the river.

What if the river was an A or K non-clubs, would you call or fold then?
If anything else it's a call?
Final Pot
BB has A K BB wins $48.80

Now in hindsight I think I should of folded on the turn because there isn't many hands I could beat when there's the Q on the flop. Just about AK, AJ, 98, JT (not many combos because of my blockers), T9, TT, hard to guess a range for an unknown they might rather call with those suited connectors. But AK, AJ would have good equity with flushdraw + overs.
