cbet flop 4/4

His turn raise doesn't make a lot of sense to me as the 4 cant have improved his range too much and most of his strong hands and draws would be betting flop.
My hand is a bluffcatcher on river and although I block a lot of villains potential value range (AJ,A9,99,JJ) , I'm not that sure that he would bomb river this big with 2 pair and I think he would bet all those hands on flop aswell.
I can't see many bluffs in villains range except maybe KQs QTs that was trying to x/r flop.

I stoved this hand giving villain 50% AA, 99, JJ combos KQs, 2 combos of QT, 44 and one combo of AJ.
Vs this range I have 30% EQ and I need 33% to BE.
If I add just one more combo of qt, I can profitably call.
I also think I'm being overly generous here my giving villain credit for playing 50% of his flopped set combos with this line.

Can I fold such a strong bluffcatching hand vs this weird line?
