He's 28/20 regular, nothing special in his stats really, but after small sample he seemed rather weak with some obvious leaks like 3% 3bet preflop after 650 hands etc.
I'm not sure about my preflop raise. I dont think that people are raising these boards with naked bluffs, so i think he's range is pretty much about JJ/TT/JTs (2 combos) and then some KQ/89 he's raising for semi-bluff, what i think its not really reasonable play, but i think that bad regular is able to do it sometimes.
So, how you play my hand from flop to turn?

I think you are underestimating villain's range. He has KQ, 89s, Q9s, 87s. Also you can discount some TT and JJ from his range since: 1) They are standard 3-bets BU vs CO 2) villain will slowplay them with some frequency OTF. So I'm calling down in this specific runout
agreed, call river seems fine we only lose to AJs and JTs but AJs is 3bet pretty often soo call :D :D
JT makes sense for his shove on the river since he only calls turn, which often means he has had top two which are now dominated by the A on the turn.
If you combine the behaviour of raising the flop first and then checking turn makes Sense for either JT oder another hand with a jack in it.
since he did not 3 bet pre i would assume he has like KJ QJ and JT fairly often.
if i were you i would 3 bet the flop small to sth like 7-8$ just to force him to put more money in the pot since you are ahead on that flop unless he has trips which does not make sense for his preflop game and if he has 2 pairs you will stack him off anyway :) and also a lot of times with his TPGK hands like QJ and KJ.
3bet flop. his jj/tt are discounted and you arent blocking the rest of his valuerange. You calling range will be fine with tt/jj
