25c/50c/$1 Home Game Hand Review. Not Quite Sure I Played This Correct...
Hero (QQ)(BB) Everyone roughly 200BB Deep
UTG Straddles $2. UTG+1 Opens to $6.50, I 3 bet to $25. Everyone folds and UTG+1 Calls
Pot: $52.75
FLOP: Kd2h7c
I check, Villain bets $21, I call.
Pot: $94.75
Turn: Kd2h7c 4h
I check, Villain bets $54, I call.
Pot: $202.75
River: Kd2h7c 4h 5d
I check Villain shoves for what I have about $60 left into a pot of $200, I call.
Pot: $322.75
Villain shows Ah3h.
So, my memory is pre shit and the sizing's may not be super accurate but there close.
The 3 bet pre to 25 pre was a little larger then I normally would to try rep 7/2 as we were all night.
I didn't think he had a K as not only will a lot of K's check back flop on such a dry board but we block KQ and I would expect from this player to 4 bet AK almost 100% of the time.
So after checking flop I think all 3 streets are a check. At the river is it ever correct to fold when getting about 4:1 odds.
Looking back I think I could c bet this flop for the exact reason I was comfortable he doesn't have a King.
In saying that not being results oriented I like the way I played it only against this certain player as he was a solid reg, and almost every other time villain wont go runner, runner,
hence I was getting max value inducing the bluff. Very unsure on this hand: Thoughts.
