He's opening 67% of BTNs, calls a 19% range vs 3bet and 4bets 7,4%
After filtering his hands in HM I found out he's defending a lot of suited hands, Axs - even AKs, other premium hands like AA-QQ and some smaller pocket pairs - I'd guess he defends all of them when deep.

I noticed he doesn't fold to my CB in 3b pots when he's in position - this might be due to my leak I just discovered that I XF a lot of turns in 3b pots. I'm not sure whether this is a hand I can get 3 streets of value from. If it's not, then which 2 streets we choose? Is it better to CB and XC turn and possibly river (considering his high float vs me) or bet/bet/decide? We also have an option to XC turn which I might do here with underpairs like JJ-TT and play the hands more passively but I'm not sure which way to choose.

He is raising only 14% of turns in 3b pots (however, I saw him shove with 100bb when holding QTo on K9Xs9). I'm not sure what to make of his raise in this spot. On the river this is one of the weakest bluffcatchers we have here. I think I might CB QQ on the flop, AA and KK for sure, and obv AQ. This probably makes it a fold but I also think he might abuse us being deeper and shove a missed draw and make me fold an overpair or Qx which I have a lot here.

How do you guys play the hand?

I'd bet the turn a bit bigger. I don't think his line makes sense with many value hands other than A3s, so you just need to decide how likely he is to bluff it off. In terms of your range I think you can get away with folding this, I'd be more inclined to call with hands that don't block his flush draws and/or have an ace to block his A3.
That makes sense. I folded on the river, but I still think he also might have 22 here some % of the time
Given you think villain will float you, I think the best line to take is a bet flop, ch/c turn. We will then have to decide what to do OTR of course.
As played I am folding turn. His sizing is pretty big which maybe indicative of him getting ready for a river jam. If we didnt hold KcQc, I would be more inclined to call, but as is we severly block his flush draw combos.
He is repping really thin here though, like only A3s, which is only 2 combos, so I cant say its ever bad to call the turn.
