soo why do you check turn ?
Call rvr but not thrilled
I don't understand the purpose of the turn check. This is a clear vb.
I check the turn for deception
That is bad thinking. Betting turn for "deception" so that villain cannot "read" my hand", is pointless if you dont know what to do with your deceptivness. As soon as villain called flop, he has marginal SDV most of the time, that he shouldnt bet himself too often, or at least he wont value own himsefl OTR:
b/f turn, as played sigh call otr
I would bet/fold the turn. As played I think we have to call here but not happy about it.
One of the reasons I didn't like the bet. It would have been a bet/fold and if he semibluff-raises the turn a lot I'm heavily exploited imo.
Or do you defend on that turn enough of your betting range vs turnraise?
At 25nl people are not exploiting you for overfolding the turn. Most people wouldn't raise a semibluff there, they most likely call it. The average player at 25nl is too passive so you should punish them by betting wider.
You're missing a lot of value here because villain will xb a ton with hands that he would have called a bet with.
Call river, but betting the turn gives you much more information than checking where you are limited
