25 NL - Two pair facing turn raise vs unknown; can we fold this turn?

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (6 Players) SB: $37.91 (Hero)
BB: $49.25
UTG: $32.16
MP: $28.40
CO: $28.52
BN: $23.05
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is SB with A T
UTG folds, MP calls $0.25, 2 folds, Hero raises to $1.40, BB calls $1.00, MP calls $1.00
Flop ($3.90) A 3 J
Hero checks, BB checks, MP checks
Turn ($3.90) A 3 J T
Hero bets $2.75, BB folds, MP raises to $10.84, Hero calls $5.34
River ($22.83) A 3 J T 2
Hero checks, MP bets $6.45, Hero calls $6.45

This hand really confused me.

I've been thinking a lot lately about what to do when faced with a turn raise from an unknown while holding two-pair. Seems as though they almost always just have the nuts.

Can I fold this turn? How about the river?
