[2/5] Live Cash Game in Las Vegas

Hi all!

I played three hands in live cash game at Las Vegas that i've found interessing. I would like to share them with you.
I'll give my thinking process at the end of each hand.

For the first one. We are in BB with Ah5d.
There are 5 players in the hand it's a limped pot (UTG old passif guy, MP he is quite actif and play his draw agressively i guess (he cbet with draws which is standard) CO and BTN). We don't have a lot of informations on the players as we sat down at the table one hour ago. I check in BB.
Flop comes Kh Jh 8s, everybody checks.
Turn 8h. I bet 15 into 25, MP raises 40, BTN call. I have 350$ behind (pot is 100). What would you do ?

Hand 2 : Quite interessing and funny too. I tanked for a while on this one.
We are on the BB with JTss. UTG limp, MP limp (same player as before), BTN raises 25, i call, UTG/MP calls.
Flop : kh Ks 5s. Everybody checks.
Turn : 8s. I bet 95 into 110. MP call, BTN call.
River : A blank. I check. MP bets 200 into 400. Btn call. What are we doing ?
Would you bet yourself the river ? I found it too thin in game but i can be easily convinced by a small bet.
Another relevant information : The MP player talked to me after the button called. I guess that he would not talk if he had a bad hand as he would be less concerned by the hand. I Also have a bad image at the table due to the previous hand.

Hand 3 : BTN limp (which was the MP player). Some guys left the table so i'm in BB in this hand.
I raises 25 with AdKh. He calls. Flop : AT5hhh, i cbet 35 in 50, he calls.
Turn : Qh. I check, he checks.
River : blank, i overbet 160 in 120, he folds.

Can we find enough bluffs in our range to split two sizings in bluff (when we bet a smaller flushes and with K high).
I think we have to check our range 100% on the turn in this hand, as vilain have more Kh than us no ?
We don't have two streets of value.

Thanks a lot !

On hand one, fold. When people talk about capped ranges, usually they are referring to situations where your opponent can only have middle pair. A range with trips isn't really "capped" because trips is still a very strong hand that can comfortably be stacked for 100bbs.

Some friendly advice, it's best to only post a hand at a time and to not use spoilers (they bias the responses).

Ty for your answer tyler i edited my post and removed the spoilers. The first one could have gone terribly wrong for me. I Risk a lot for winning one quarter of my stack with 20% of equity if i get called. They both tanked. Independently of this hand do you have a read or à population tendencie on how people are playing on those stakes at lv?

Lol i just have updated the first one it's a 8h of course i said that they seemed capped because i think that they are going to play agressively their Fd otf. Ok hand 2 it seems that i have 31% equity river and i need 25% to call (i have 23% with T9ss flush). I hope their expected ranges were correct ;)

  1. Fold
  2. Fold, there's no draw on the turn.except for the fd. If btn overcalls he likely has the ace fd, so then what can the mp have? Medium pairs like 88 and 66 are in his range.
  3. I am going to stop raising ako from the blinds vs limps. It gives away my hand and im oop with a high spr. Instead I can limp it and cover high boards while repping low boards.
As played I prefer a medium bet on the river to get called by medium flushes, an overbet is too value heavy on a flush board here imo. A smaller blocker bet with 3rd and 4th nut flushes and lower.
