2/5 live 9 players, confused

I raise with 10h10s to $20 mp calls btn calls( btn extremely lag style player, likes to float a lt of dry flops)

I cbet $40 1 fold btn calls
Turn Ad
I bet $80 btn calls( felt pretty comfortable with the turn cause I have seen him 3bet AQ-AK every time)
River Jc
I bet $120 btn raises to $390( I also noticed that when he raises 3x-4x he is bluffing very smal%)
I tanked folded, my logic was that he would never bluff in this spot with J9s+.
I though if he has AK here a lot of time he would raise the turn for value vs worse A.
Any thoughts?
