NL500 Live 500 BB deep range question

This is a live hand from my local casino.

Villain: Young guy. Haven't played him before but have seen him at the casino several times. Seems to prefer playing tournaments. A couple days ago he won a smallish tourney and he has been talking about that win. In the current session he has been extremely active. He has bluffed with what I perceive to be unbalanced ranges. He is a talker and lowdly proclaimed that he doesn't play the cards but instead he playes the people. He seems to think he can outplay everyone at the table.

Short stack: Has been pretty aggressive. Been all in at least a couple times last few orbits and lost every time.

Me: Have played about 40 sessions at the casino this year so I'm some what of a semi-reg (but not sure that villain has noticed me). This session I had been pretty active and involved in several pots. I've won a few smaller pots vs him and 2 hands prior to this hand I rivered a flush after calling his flop cbet with a back door flush draw and gut shot.

The hand (10 handed).

Hero and villain are 500bb deep.

Hero opens in UTG+1 to 6bb with XX

4 callers

Short stack on the BT shoves for 50bb

Villain Calls

Hero....

So the question here is what is our 4bet range in this spot? What is our 4bet/call range? Given that the short stack is all in my 4bet range will be trending towards de-polarized. How far down can we go before we start merging to much? Vs this player I think we have to be 4betting wider than normal but I'm unsure how much. This and being so deep adds a lot of confusion for me. The 4 callers behind are basically dead money. They have been very fit/fold preflop and never been limp/raising.

Note: The play style at my casino is very far from optimal play. If I had to compare the games with anything I'd say they resemble online games from 6-7 years ago
