It's really rare that you can 4bet/call AQs HJ vs BTN 150bb deep, so that's very likely a mistake. I would just call the 3bet almost always, maybe 4bet againts some profiles, but almost certainly folding to a 5bet.

Postflop seems fine to me. You can check the river againts people who check turn and bet river with bluffs a lot but most players are probably not doing that all that often.

dont like the 4B pre. Would flat unless against the craziest of villains and play post. On river dont like jamming because think there wont be many Qx to get called by. Kx also hits your range super hard. Would check river and evaluate against a bet

i agree 4b pre is non standard and i almost never do it unless action/timing is crazy and i'm quite confident my hand is best. He is definitely wider than most and linear 3bettingrange, so maybe 4b/fold would be better, but not sure about that...i like to have that hand in my range, when faced w/ a call pre

Checking river makes his life easy w/ all his bluffcatchers (JJ,TT,QTs,QJs, QTs if he ever calls that pre and even if he has AQ he can possibly make a bad fold, when planning to x/c i think bet myself ai is better

actually agree betting river is preferable. dont know how bluffy the jam seems tho(live thing). maybe could even bet a smaller sizing.
