2.5-2.5 9-handed deep live AK tough spot vs LAG, fold justified by gut instinct and preassure?

My image is usually quite TAG, but I have been semitight this session. Mostly cause I have been getting some cards. For some reason villian 1 has decided to time me on every decission as he thinks I am slow. And on this particular ocassion the pit boss heard the time request and timed me even though the situation just occured. Sadly I got timed and had 1 min to think this trough...

Some history on the game, Hero has just been doing a ''crazy'' call with 88 vs Villian 1 who had TQ (I called a prfr and villian squeezed on the bb rest folded and I 4-bet called his all in based on my original read that he was stealing. Based on this my instincts feels good tonight)

Against villian 2(LAG) seems to have a rough night but have won a couple off pots. He likes to call in alot off spots and he usually bets with something decent. He has some moves in his arsenal and knows that I have them aswell even though I am usually tight. (History, I raised with 56s early pos and raised his donkbet when the board came 866 and he lead into me probably thinking I have high cards and would fold)

Hero 500(Table covers) AKo Early.

Villian 2 limps 2.5
Hero raises to 12.5
Btn calls and villian 1 from the blinds.

Flop K97r, villian 2 and 1 both x
Hero x(wanted to be tricky here, they would put me on high cards here MOSTLY if I c-bet)
Btn X
Turn 3x Villian 1 bets 40, Villian 2 calls Hero raises to 150. Btn and Villian 1 folds, Villian 2 thinks for a little while then raises to 340 back.
Hero folds.(Arguments for folding, I was expecting either CALL,FOLD or an ALL IN based on my stack. The small raise was the LAST thing on my list and as soon he did it my gut yelled U ARE BEAT!
I saw him act and raise in similiar way when he had top 2 pair vs a fish earlier. He also first seem really suprised by my move then insta-raised. He did NOT think long about this decision wich indicates...? He does like to limp-call with ALOT off hands you can give him a range off 77-33,K9-K3s,97s,73s.)

But then again he can think I am out off my water here bluffing but the only LOGICAL hands for him to bluff with are T8,86 and some random 3x which thinks I have A7-A9 and tries to move me off my hand? If he has a Kx and KNOWS i am capable off bluffing why would he just not call and let me barell off my reamaining chips on the river. Or is he trying to get value from a 9x with a weaker Kx? t Anyway since my gut said u are beat and I had time preassure i followed my instinct and folded. I showed him the hand to se if he would turn over a bluff which he did not. When I was leaving the table he said he had KQ and I had him beat but that seems kinda strange?
