1/2 NLHE range construction problem

None: $0
here is the raw hh, i couldn't convert it to the right format

so basically this is a 6max game with 100bb stacks
the villain is a competent regular. 25/21/7
call bb 12%, 3b bb 8%
fold to cbet: 45 & 67

Pre-Flop: ($3, 6 players) Hero is BTN X Y
3 folds, Hero raises to $4, 1 fold, pmatt0 calls $2

Flop: 4c Qs Qd ($9, 2 players)
pmatt0 checks, Hero bets $6, pmatt0 calls $6

Turn: 6h ($21, 2 players)
pmatt0 checks, Hero ($240.28)?

i'm having problem finding the best move with my whole range here. not sure if betting twice (with my whole range) or betting once then checking the turn (to induce thin vbets/bluffs) is better. what do you think?

I think this is a cool spot to have a mixed range where you bet most of your value hands (most pairs) and some bluffs on the turn but occasionally check back a good pair in order to bluff catch rivers. If we're folding the river every time we check back the turn it makes us really susceptible to being floated out of position so villain can steal the pot away when the turn goes check check. The way I like to think about these spots is that it's good if you're playing yourself and you can't say with certainty what the other "you" has.

so you'd bet every Qx, 77-88 type hands, bluffs. and maybe check ~JJ (few overcards to come) and hands with ~zero eq? sounds reasonable, thanks.

I have no idea whether you have 35 and 57 in your preflop range, but those are really pretty hands to fire twice on this board. I believe he calls with plenty of Ace high hands that he will have to fold on the turn that any hand is a good 2 barrell. I would actually bet fold Jacks in this spot rather than checking them, because most of his calling range is lower pocket pairs, and you can get more value from those and evaluate the river. So, betting with a huge part of your range is good here in my opinion. Only hands I am checking here are A high hands although I don't cbet all of them anyways and some pairs of sixes and lower although I believe there isn't so many of them in our range.
What James was suggesting will work if you know your opponent likes to float a lot, and you know he fires A high once on the river once the turn goes check check. Otherwise, bet most of your hands.
