I would 3 bet to a smaller sizing preflop like $49 maybe. As played, once you face the 4 bet I think that you probably need to decide to jam or fold right there. Putting in close to 40% of your stack preflop and being left with an SPR under 1 is definitely unconventional play and a situation that you'd want to know where you're at in your range and how you intend to play different hands on different board textures if you're going to do this.
