20NL | TPGK facing turn XRAI by PFR in 3BP

Blinds: $0.10/$0.20 (6 Players) MP: $8.04
CO: $20.00
BN: $39.68 (Hero)
SB: $29.83
BB: $41.47
UTG: $22.55
Villain is 24/20, 9% 3-bet, (11% 3-bet SB v BT but 5/20 = 25% vs me this session). (His CC here is 3% which is the same as him not having a calling range or only calling in specific spots where it seems best). XF flop in 3b pot 55%.

I have no idea how he views me but likely loose and active. I had 4-bet/folded against him once in different positions.
Preflop ($0.30) Hero is BN with A J
3 folds, Hero raises to $0.40, SB raises to $1.60, BB folds, Hero calls $1.20
Standard.
Flop ($3.40) 4 A 6
SB checks, Hero bets $2.40, SB calls $2.40
I think his 3-betting range will include plenty of suited aces that will XC the flop, along with the obvious TT-KK. I didn't expect too many traps so the idea was to start going for value, for at minimum two streets. I check back plenty of aces here but AJ seems strong enough versus his checking range to start betting.
Turn ($8.20) 4 A 6 7
SB checks, Hero bets $5.80, SB raises to $25.83 and is all in, Hero folds
This threw me off. I was expecting a call or fold here. In-game I folded with the pretty short line of thought: "he very likely has A7 or the occasional slowplayed AQ/AK that now thinks the board is starting to get too wet". But now I don't think it's that simple.

I only need about 34% to call here. If he ever does this with a hand like A5s, or 65s, it becomes close fast. My equity against various ranges:

AdKd,Ad7d,7d6d -- 10.6%

AdKd,Ad7d,Ad5d,7d6d -- 26.7%

AdKd,Ad7d,Ad5d,7d6d,6c5c -- 35.4%

I'm not saying these are realistic ranges, but more just to get the ball rolling. There are a lot of variables in play, such as how often he does XC the flop with any of [AK,AQ], [A7s], [76s], [65s] and if he does shove the OESDs. I wouldn't put it past him but I haven't played with him enough to know capable he is.

If he can pull this off with Ac5c or 6c5c and get me to fold basically anything that is not two pair, or pair + FD, then he gains a lot. On the other hand, AJ is the bottom of my turn value betting range. (I'd likely check back most AT on the flop). So if I call off AQ or better (which includes AhXh) then he still can't get too out of line doing this. (I haven't looked into it in detail yet).

Since I'm pretty lost with regards to his range, maybe it's best to look at this from my own range's perspective. And playing in a way which doesn't allow him to get massive value with AQ/AK by taking this line and having me call a lot, but at the same time not allowing him to check/ship 65s with great profit. Or something like that. (I need to think about it properly first, just throwing some thoughts out there).
