[20NL] That's a weird line

Blinds: $0.10/$0.20 (8 Players) MP+1: $38.08
CO: $20.00
BN: $19.50
SB: $15.61
BB: $27.61
UTG: $21.54
UTG+1: $20.30 (Hero)
MP: $20.00
Hey, villain is fishy. No other info
Preflop ($0.30) Hero is UTG+1 with T T
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.59, 3 folds, BN calls $0.59, 2 folds
Flop ($1.48) 8 7 3
Hero bets $1.10, BN raises to $3.55, Hero calls $2.45
Turn ($8.58) 8 7 3 7
Hero checks, BN checks
River ($8.58) 8 7 3 7 A
Hero checks, BN bets $5.72
His line is quite fucked up. I can't really see the point of trying to establish a range here. Given the profile, I think this is a pretty clear call?

Fishy is too vague to range him properly.
Was he on the loose and aggressive side?

I think he calls u pre with 56s+, suited broadways and suited Ax and any pocket.

After he raises the flop he either has a draw or a set. I can imagine stuff like AJ AQ A3 T9s 56s 78s maybe KQdd.

After he checks turn id still give him trapped quads/FH some AX, some diamonds fushdraws mostly KQdd and KJdd and Axdd.

But when the Ad comes on the river he will rarely have a flush but he virtually has no bluffs here except KQhh KQcc and 56cc 56hh 56ss and 9Thh 9Tss. (U block 9Tcc).

7 bluffcombos at max and for value he has 77 88 33 and AQ AJ KQdd A3s 78s

Which are 36 combos. Clear Fold imo.

IMO you can´t give him all the FH and top pairs because he will continue at least some maybe even the majority of these at the turn. So it get´s close IMO but probaly still a fold because you don´t beat any value and complete bluffs are rare with these line, but of course depends at your player pool.

It's hard to categorize players in just regs and fishes. Of course it's the first think. But since we get into non-standard spots, we must have better infos to have a clear call. How wide does he raise flop in this spot? It's an merged range? Does he have AXs combos? The less we know, hard it gets to have a clear decision. We can estimate some things, such as villain is raising IP vs a 0.75psb Cbet, unless we have notes, this is a strong move.

I think this hand is made more difficult because of your large bet sizing on the flop. On this flop, you should bet smaller to keep villain's range wide. The part of villains range that you beat, and which continues facing this large flop bet, is small.

Once you decide to call villain's raise, you're basically just praying that villain has a straight draw or is overplaying their 99 or 8x. On the river, you're only winning if villain has a busted straight draw, since villain will most likely just check their 99 or 98s behind. If I were going to call, I would at least pick a hand that didn't block T9 which constitutes an important part of their bluffing range.
