[20NL] Line check with bottom set

Blinds: $0.10/$0.20 (5 Players) CO: $21.53
BN: $21.27 (Hero)
SB: $26.24
BB: $35.09
UTG: $26.21
Hey guys, UTG is a reg, bb likely a fish.
Preflop ($0.30) Hero is BN with 4 4
UTG raises to $0.50, CO folds, Hero calls $0.50, SB calls $0.40, BB calls $0.30
pretty standard call with a fish in the BB.
Flop ($2.00) 6 J 4
SB checks, BB checks, UTG bets $1.30, Hero calls $1.30, SB folds, BB calls $1.30
decided to call to keep the fish in the pot
Turn ($5.90) 6 J 4 A
BB checks, UTG bets $4.00, Hero calls $4.00, BB calls $4.00
Here is where I start to doubt. The regular often has top two here or at least a combo draw. I don't want the fish to fold some random Jx, so maybe flatting> All in?
River ($17.90) 6 J 4 A J
BB checks, UTG bets $12.40, Hero
Well here I'm pretty screwed and I think the bottom of the reg's range is King high flush here. I think his range crushes me so much that I can't justify a call, even though I beat most of bb's range. Do you agree?
