Afterwards I don't really think this is an easy fold, because given his volatile line he could do this with some nonsense hand such as 2pair at a non-zero frequency.

...and stack, short stacks are recreational players more often than not. Very important to be aware of that in-game. I personally mark all the short stacks as fishes the moment I see them. It might be wrong sometimes, but it's correct often enough to be worth it in my estimation.
I think we probably want tot bet bigger on this turn card. It's a spot where we could definitely use some protection and also value before the river card comes. On this river card for example we have much easier time to just get it in on the river when villain has like 6 into 15 instead of 7 to 13.
As played I guess we just call?
Yep same for short stacks players, couldn't agree more. There are basically 0 regs in my field who play short stacked.
Concerning the turn, I did bet 40% pot because the SPR is 1.38 and I block the board a bunch. So we can probably overbet shove on this texture against a fish? Or should've bet bigger OTF to setup an easy turn shove?
Yeah in game I thought it was a clear call agaisnt this profile, but I wanted to have some advice about it :D
Think playing a 2 street game becomes more attractive when effective stacks are this short so would size up flop a little bit for turn shove. As played he can be merging here so would be calling but not super excited about it
Yeah I agree on the 2 street play. Thanks :)
Oh so many argues from both sides (calling or folding).
And both sides have good arguments.
Given that I'd be more inclined to check villain's profile, stats, notes, etc. If you don't have any info and he is "just a fish without proper notes", I'd just fold and move on, because is quite vague statement since there are really aggro donkey fishes, straight foward, passive ones, etc.
Easy call, I think. I don't see how villain ends up with a T on the river very often here. I do see them often having KQ, KJ, or even QJ. They could also have an underset.
