[20NL] facing a river raise with top two

UTG: $22.86 (Hero)
CO: $24.29
BN: $22.39
Hey, readless on villain.
Preflop ($0.30) Hero is UTG with K Q
Hero raises to $0.59, CO folds, BN calls $0.59, 2 folds
Flop ($1.48) 6 K 4
Hero bets $1.10, BN calls $1.10
Turn ($3.68) 6 K 4 Q
Hero bets $2.70, BN calls $2.70
River ($9.08) 6 K 4 Q 8
Hero bets $5.40, BN raises to $12.40
pretty standard 3barrel to me. Facing his raise, this is just a very underbluffed line and my range is uncapped. Don't think he ever value ebts worse here, what do you think?
