[20NL] Can we make an exploitable fold OTT here?

Blinds: $0.10/$0.20 (5 Players) SB: $25.76 (Hero)
BB: $8.34
UTG: $20.45
CO: $29.96
BN: $16.90
Hi guys, villain is unknown.
Preflop ($0.30) Hero is SB with A Q
UTG folds, CO raises to $0.45, BN folds, Hero raises to $1.80, BB folds, CO calls $1.35
This hand was played a while ago, and I'm not happy with my 3bet sizing. would've prefered around 10+ bbs.
Flop ($3.80) 4 8 3
Hero bets $1.10, CO calls $1.10
I don't really like this cbet either, would've prefered checking the flop.
Turn ($6.00) 4 8 3 A
Hero bets $4.10, CO raises to $9.25
So at this point I only represent a lot flushdraws, top set 4 or 6 combos of two pairs or some random Axcc. So Even though his range is reaally strong, I find it really hard to fold AQ here, not blocking his eventual bluffs, and doing a really good job of blocking his two pairs. What do you guys think?
