20NL | Bluffcatching in 3-bet pot

Blinds: $0.10/$0.20 (6 Players) SB: $22.35 (Hero)
BB: $33.95
UTG: $22.53
MP: $23.54
CO: $20.12
BN: $19.12
Villain is an unknown recreational player.
Preflop ($0.30) Hero is SB with Q K
3 folds, BN raises to $0.60, Hero raises to $2.00, BB folds, BN calls $1.40
Standard.
Flop ($4.20) 5 Q 5
Hero bets $2.10, BN calls $2.10
Standard.
Turn ($8.40) 5 Q 5 A
Hero checks, BN bets $4.20, Hero calls $4.20
I don't see a different option here. Betting only folds out his pocket pairs and gets called by Qx or better, as well as the occasional floated hand turned FD. Once he bets I'm not happy but I don't see folding yet. He represents a somewhat narrow value range at this point and floats aren't out of the question. If I fold here I allow him to float/stab randomly, I think.
River ($16.80) 5 Q 5 A K
Hero checks, BN bets $8.40, Hero folds
He's still representing a very narrow range for value. I don't think the average player will even bet AJ here, so it seems like AQ or better. For bluffs he could have some pocket pair that decided to bluff, or a random float.

Thoughts? Thanks!
