200z weird spot with trips facing c/r after villain checked twice

SB: $718.54
BB: $232.21
UTG: $274.20
HJ: $220.28
CO: $235.34 (Hero)
Preflop ($3.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt K Q
UTG folds, HJ raises to $6.04, Hero calls $6.04, BN folds, SB calls $5.04, BB folds
Flop ($20.12) 7 K T (3 Players)
SB checks, HJ bets $14.79, Hero calls $14.79, SB folds
Turn ($49.70) 7 K T A (2 Players)
HJ checks, Hero checks
River ($49.70) 7 K T A K (2 Players)
HJ checks, Hero bets $24, HJ raises to $120

villain is a reg running 22/16,

c-bet is for flop and turn is 50/52.  Hero's image would be on the loose and sticky side vs most 200z regs. like he wouldn't be expecting my to fold my KJ/QT/KQ on the turn to a bet.

think it's all pretty standard until the river, (his flop c-bet is larger than normal even though it's 3 way,)

He checked the turn and river pretty quickly

river I made a small bet as I'd like to balance with my missed draws/ Tx that I turned into bluffs etc.

and he raises, I feel really weird, he should obv be betting for value with all his Ax+.

on the other side, he raise might be good as I almost never have a boat here, although it would be thin raising with QJ otr
