Without any reads bvb I'd be getting in JJ+, AK, as well as TT at a non 100% frequency mostly in the bb trying to deny equity to some weaker 4bets.

This is completely dependant on villains 3b/4b/F24b ranges.
The range Krzysztof Slaski are probably a good starting point but players are pretty different in these spots. For example some nit with a 4% 3b bvb that folds 80% to a 4b, then 5b shoves
he has AA....

This is obviously an extreme example but a small difference in these stats can make a big difference to both gii ranges and calling ranges.

(Disclaimer- In the above example you would obviously be printing by 4 betting 100% of range as long as you never call that 5b ;) )

I would suggest using what ever ranges you used at 100z and adjust accordingly.
