200z preflop spot with TT facing squeeze

BN: $225.32
SB: $361.10 (Hero)
BB: $200
UTG: $176.35
HJ: $207.65
CO: $421.06
Preflop ($3.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt T T
UTG folds, HJ raises to $6, CO folds, BN folds, Hero calls $5, BB raises to $24, HJ calls $18, Hero raises to $361.10, and is all in, BB calls $176, and is all in, HJ folds
Flop ($593.10) A 8 6 (2 Players)
Turn ($593.10) A 8 6 9 (2 Players)
River ($593.10) A 8 6 9 K (2 Players)
Final Pot
Hero has T T BB has Q Q BB wins $421.20

Villain is a decent LAG reg, with total squeeze of 5.4%, SB sq 5.3%, BB sq 6.3%.

Readwise he likes to barrel post, double/tripling a lot.  He never folds any suited connectors when he opens from co/btn and facing a 3bet vs SB/BB. call as low as 54s even when effective stack is 100bb.

opener is a fish,  think 3betting and calling are both fine but probably 3bet is better coz bb is a reg.

and BB sqz and the fish flats.  and I think folding is a bit too weak giving our hand and pot odds but calling is worse as we got the worse position post.  But I guess when we flat the best hand we could have is AQ/JJ. Even those two we probably 3bet close to 100% vs a fish open.

I'm still trying to understand to logic behind 3b/5b all pairs in LP vs Btn/SB/BB so the question might be a bit dumb.

My understanding for jamming Ts here is: best pair fish could have is JJ/QQ( think most fish just puts in with QQ), and lots of other high card hand and pairs. So we should get folds decent amount, even we still so decent equity vs AK/AQ and not completely dead vs JJ+
