Villain seem to be passive reg running 23/18 with 60% btn open. His flop c-bet is 44% and turn c-bet 29% 

Hero's image is pretty loose, don't like to fold, but don't really raise raise/3b postflop

pre and flop is whatever.

turn I just wanted try to take the pot by bet,bet.  he does have some Kx here, but I think we could get him off that on lots of rivers.

I really expect him to c-bet all his two pair+hands, not c-betting them btn vs BB would be really bad. (so all his KK/KJ/K3/J3/33/JJ)  so he shouldn't really have any boats on the turn.

River he make a really small raise which looks like some medium value hands Acx, KxQc or K2.

and hero is thinking of doing something.

our range for 3b river is basically KJ, not sure if we could value 3b raising all other Kx boats or 33

so raise to something like 150.  risking 134 to win pot of 210. Need the bluff to work 36% of the time.
