[200NL] KQo in 3bet pot BTN vs. CO hits TP on mono board

Villain is 30/24, 33% RFI from CO, 70% f3b. I 3bet because Villain´s high f3b and because SB is very squeeze-happy and my hand is too good to fold vs. sqz and probably too bad to shove vs. sqz?

Villain´s fcb in 3-bet pots oop is 56%, his WTSD is 26%, 52% W$SD.

Flop-cbet is okay? Can we bet the turn again? Or is that too thin? Actually I don´t see many offsuited hands in his range so his flop-calling-range should be superstrong, agree? Should we just have checked the flop behind then - to widen his range?
