200NL HU. Turned FD vs PSB

BB: 392.40
SB: 210.80 (Hero)
Villain is a recreational player. Very loose, aggro and bluffy. 90% of his bets so far this match have been pot sized (after rake). No HUD stats.
Preflop (3) (2 Players)
Hero was dealt A 7
Hero raises to 6, BB calls 4
Flop (13) 8 2 4 (2 Players)
BB bets 11, Hero calls 11
Based on his play so far, he's donking pot on a flop like this with nearly his entire range.

Does anyone just fold the flop?
Turn (35) 8 2 4 T (2 Players)
BB bets 32
Turn is pretty much the best card for us other than Ax and 4h. What's our play? ~162 behind.

call turn imo and looking to bluffshove vs his assumed wide range blank-rivers should he bet again with our nutblocker.

I think the flop and turn calls are mandatory, but you need to have a clear plan for how to play river. Does he fire the third barrel frequently? Has he turned weak pairs into bluffs on the turn and river before? I kind of like shipping over his river barrel on bricks if his river betting frequency is high.
