200NL: facing turn xr vs fish

BB: $164.30
UTG: $203
HJ: $527
CO: $203.29
BN: $202 (Hero)
SB: $202.46
villain is 46/25, agg39, no other reads
Preflop ($3.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt T A
UTG folds, HJ folds, CO raises to $6, Hero calls $6, SB folds, BB calls $4
Flop ($19.00) A 3 K (3 Players)
BB checks, CO checks, Hero bets $12, BB calls $12, CO folds
Turn ($43.00) 6 (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero bets $34, BB raises to $68

Mhmm, I find myself regulary lost in these spots. In my mind there is not too much villain could be x-raising with, A3, A6 for sure, but then..?! For all I know he could be having QJ or a FD and play it like this. However, I think it would make little sense that he would play those hands with a min-x-raise?! I ended up jamming because I figured if I'm right about his range he has at least a few outs and I either want to fold out his equity or getting called.
