2 pair vs psb turn, NL10z

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) BN: $8.92
SB: $11.77
BB: $10.00 (Hero)
UTG: $10.00
MP: $13.28
CO: $22.81
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is BB with 9 A
3 folds, BN raises to $0.24, SB calls $0.19, Hero raises to $1.60, BN calls $1.36, SB calls $1.36
Flop ($4.80) A 9 4
SB checks, Hero checks, BN checks
Turn ($4.80) A 9 4 J
SB bets $4.54

How much is profitable to call/shove here? How many times do we find a higher 2 pair or a set?

UTG is unknown, SB is a fish 42/14/6

Against a fish I'm shoving all day... He's never folding an Ace or lower two pair... Yes you will find some sets and AJ sometimes but I don't think this should be enough to make it a - EV play.

Why you want to iso vs B with A9o if there is a fish on SB? Also I think your sqz is too big
I prefer just call here and sqz A2-5s or A9s
As played yeah I push definitely

I don't think sb could play in this way AK, AQ or lower aces, he would probably 4bet preflop, lead otf or bet a smaller size ott (at least one of these). I win this pot only vs 12 combos (A4 and J9) and lose vs 16 combos (AJ, 44, 99 and maybe some slowplayed JJ or AA), that's why I don't know if is right to call here or not.

Just calling from bb with A9o seems a bit passive way to play, and A9o is not a really strong hand I'm happy to play in a 3-way pot. I usually squeeze this size so that I've lot of fold equity + I can build big pots when doing this with monster hands. What do you think would be the best size?

Thanks for the replies guys :)

The only monster hand here is top two or trips, that won't happen often enough, you will be underdog most of the time if B calls with AT+ on an ace high flop

Agree with the pre-flop squeeze, especially with A9o. Would sometimes consider to call with A9s, but after the SB does not 3-bet his range is somewhat capped and you can easily take the pot down pre-flop.

Why not c-bet the flop if you know he is a fish? Think he can easily have AQ/A10/A4, small pocket pairs here that call your c-bet. Because you have blockers to a set of 99s and AAs (which I do not think he would just call pre-flop with) the only hands that beat you imo are AJ,44,JJ, which is a really narrow value range. So I am definitely calling on the flop and calling again on a good river (A,9, 2-6). If you think he might be able to bet the turn with a hand like 8T,TQ, then I would definitely shove the turn because I think he would call you down with those hands as well.
